Rutter Mills Supports 2010 Norfolk Festevents
Rutter Mills enjoyed participating the the 2010 Annual Friends of Festevent Golf Tournament which help raise over $40,000 which directly funds some of the community's favorite events such as Harborfest and the Virginia Children's Festival.
