Matthew H. Kraft is admitted to practice and has represented clients before the Virginia Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. He has also represented numerous clients before the United States Department of Labor, the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission, the Social Security Administration, and various other state and federal courts. He currently focuses his practice exclusively in the area of workers’ compensation under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act and the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Act, as well as Social Security claims, primarily disability claims. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar and the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, Virginia Beach Bar Association and Norfolk and Portsmouth Bar Association, along with the American Association for Justice. His outside interests include playing soccer, running, and guitar.
