No Workers' Comp for Horseplay

The Court of Appeals decided that a restaurant employee who dislocated his shoulder and needed surgery when he threw up his arm to block ice being thrown at him by a co-worker could not collect workers' compensation. They came to this decision because his injury did not result from his emloyement however from horseplay that was not a part of his job resposiblities.
