Hannah V. Gallagher
Social Security Disability Attorney
Hannah V. Gallagher is a disability attorney committed to helping disabled clients get the Social Security Disability benefits they need and deserve. She began her legal career in Charleston, SC, where she had the great fortune to develop her legal passion in helping the disabled, while training and working under one of the leading disability attorneys in the state. She has handled hundreds of disability claims cases, successfully representing disabled clients before the Social Security Administration and in appeals to federal courts. Hannah enjoys getting to know each of her clients, and she understands the importance of each case to her client and their family.
Though a native Virginian, Hannah attended college and law school in Charleston, SC. While attending law school, she was an Articles Editor on the Federal Courts Law Review, a Fellow at Pro Bono Legal Services, and a judicial intern in U.S. District Court. In 2019, she returned to Virginia and joined the disability team at Rutter Mills. When not practicing law, Hannah enjoys hiking, reading, cooking, and spending time with her family.
