McDonald’s Holiday Lights at the Beach with Santa’s Seaside Village

Friday, November 20, 2015 through Saturday, January 2nd, 2016 at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront. Located on the boardwalk between 2nd and 34th Streets – Virginia Beach, VA 23451.

Admission: Cars: Monday – Sunday $15; Limos and Mini Buses $25; Motor Coaches $45. Santa’s Seaside Village: $4 per person or $10 family 4-pack (4 tickets; each additional ticket will be $3). Visit Santa’s Seaside Village AND drive through McDonald’s Holiday Lights at the Beach for $20.

Highlights: Tour through illuminated nautical, holiday, and adventure lands at the McDonald’s Holiday Lights at the Beach. Thursdays to Sundays from November 27 through December 27, enjoy Santa’s Seaside Village, located at Atlantic and 30th Street. The Nutcracker Performed by Ballet Virginia International

December 19 & 20 at 2pm, December 18 & 19 7:30pm at The Sandler Center for Performing Arts located in Virginia Beach Town Center.

Highlights: Experience the beauty and athleticism of this timeless classic. Dickens Christmas Towne at Nauticus

December 16-December 27 at Nauticus in Downtown Norfolk. Weekdays and Saturdays, 10 a.m.-8 p.m.; Sundays, Noon-6 p.m. Open December 24, 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

Admission: $5, adults; $4, children (4-12); free, ages 3 & under.

Highlights: A lively London Pub featuring savory fare, additional storefront shops, and even more family-focused entertainment will help bring the magic and tradition of Dickens’ Christmas Towne to life this holiday season at Nauticus! Visitors walk through a magical Victorian village filled with strolling carolers, Father Christmas, sweet treats, unique gifts, games, holiday activities and crafts. An impressive train display, lighted sailboats, and the Teddy Bear Express trackless train on Saturday and Sunday evenings combine to make this a truly memorable experience. Highlights: Nearing ten years of delighted audience ranging in age from grand children to great grandmas Storyland Christmas is truly a multi-generational show. It’s the heartwarming story of how mean old Mayor Miserly learns the true meaning of Christmas taught by the likes of Snow White, Hansel and Gretel, Little Red Riding Hood. MacArthur Ice Palace and Photos with Santa

Now through Dec 24 at MacArthur Center Mall in Downtown Norfolk. This attraction is open during mall hours. See website for specific dates and times when Santa will be available.

Highlights: Visitors are transported to a winter wonderland when they step inside the spectacular holiday Ice Palace, featuring a 30-foot ice dome with falling snow, a light show and interactive fun for all ages. Visitors can also marvel at the larger-than-life snow globes, leave an icy handprint and sit on the chilly Ice Throne. The adventure culminates with a visit to Santa and a special gift. Vienna Boys Choir: Christmas in Vienna
