Georgina D. Montgomery

As an award-winning personal injury attorney, Georgina works to set precedents that will help families for years to come. Her experience with the nuances of daycare insurance law provides valuable insight into how insurance companies evaluate and defend cases.

Tedi Chiara
Manager of Pre-Litigation & Human Resources
Tedi is another veteran employee who has been with us for over 30 years. She first joined Rutter Mills as a part-time file clerk, in high school. She went full-time after graduation, taking over the front desk before taking on a secretarial role for Art Rutter, founder of the firm.
Her commitment to integrity and quality earned her not one, but two manager titles over time. As Pre-Litigation Manager, she reviews and assigns cases to pre-litigation attorneys and paralegals. As HR Manager, she conducts hiring interviews and onboarding.
When asked what keeps her here, her answer was simple:
“Loyalty. The Rutters. Obviously, I love it here. I worked with the Rutters from the time I walked in the door, basically. I watched Carter and Austin [Rutter] grow up. It’s a good place to work … and hopefully, one day, retire from!”

More than her official duties, Tedi acts as a role model to young woman in the firm, as well as a mentor to the next generation of the firm’s legacy: Carter and Austin Rutter.
