Austin Rutter represents the third generation of personal injury attorneys at Rutter Mills. Before passing the bar, he played an integral role in the firm’s day-to-day operations, working closely with attorneys, case managers, and clients throughout every stage of the personal injury claims process. From case intake and investigation to settlement preparation, Austin developed a deep understanding of how successful injury cases are built and resolved. This operational background now gives him an edge in navigating complex personal injury claims efficiently and effectively.
As an attorney, Austin focuses on advocating for clients involved in car accidents, truck accidents, and other serious injury cases. Austin is a board member for the Atlantic Wildfowl Heritage Museum.
