Important Information

No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this contest. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

Eligibility

The contest is open to legal residents of Virginia or North Carolina who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Rutter Mills, their immediate families, and anyone professionally associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

Contest Entry Period

The purse giveaway will begin at 05:00 PM July 7th, 2025 and end at 08:00 AM on July 15th, 2025.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must follow our official Instagram page (@rutter_mills) or Facebook page, “like” the contest post, and tag a friend in the comments of that post. Only one entry per person is permitted.

Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the contest period. The drawing will take place on July 15th, 2025, and the winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram or Facebook within 5 business days.

Prize Description & Value

One (1) winner will receive an authentic Louis Vuitton handbag with an approximate retail value (ARV) of $2,258. No substitution or cash equivalent is permitted.

Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Requirements

The potential winner will be notified via direct message on the platform used to enter. The winner must respond within 72 hours of notification to claim the prize. Winner will be required to pick up the prize during normal business hours at the Rutter Mills, LLP office at:

Sponsor may require the winner to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability/publicity release, a W9, and any other legal and tax documents as required by law. If the winner fails to respond, is disqualified, or declines the prize, an alternate winner will be selected.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

By entering, participants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participants and Sponsor, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

Privacy Compliance

Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purposes of contest administration and will not be shared or sold unless otherwise required by state or federal law.

Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Giveaway constitutes consent to Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, social media username, and entry for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Rutter Mills, LLP, and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.

Rutter Mills, LLP is not responsible for entries not received due to technical failures, lost or delayed communications, or any other issues beyond its reasonable control.
