Not far behind, at 22 crashes, is the intersection of South Independent Boulevard and Baxter Road. Twenty-one accidents happened at the intersection of Princess Anne Road and Lynnhaven Parkway, while 20 occurred at the Dam Neck Road and General Booth Boulevard intersection.
